Hi, we’re René and Sabine
The proud owners of Hacienda La Resa. Our adventure began in the Netherlands, where we run a broccoli farming business together. During the summer months, we are busy with the harvest, working alongside our 40 enthusiastic employees. But as soon as the broccoli is off the fields and winter approaches, we take the opportunity to explore the world.
Our search for a place that would truly embrace us eventually led us to Hacienda La Resa, formerly known as El Topacio. It was love at first sight: the atmosphere, the peace, the nature, and the local community gave us a profound sense of warmth and belonging.
The result? Hacienda La Resa is more than just a vacation home; it’s a place we have lovingly and carefully built, together with people who share our passion for this magical spot. Alongside Fabio and Luz, we ensure that everything remains in perfect condition, so our guests can always enjoy an authentic and heartfelt experience.
